My new airplane

Got a new park flyer at this year's AMA show. Put a few flights on it today, pretty good times. I'll try to get some in-flight photos later.

eBaumsWorld.com SUCKS!!!

ok that is a bit opinionated. let me elaborate. Everyone that wastes time on the internet knows about eBaumsworld.com. Well there are a number of reports going around that the site owner, Eric Bauman, takes content for his site without permission from other sites and puts a "Image hosted on eBaumsworld.com" watermark on them. Have a little read of THIS artice. There is a lot of controversygoing around. People's main complaint against Bauman is that he is profiting off of there material. Can someone say copyright infringment? But I think it has more to do with Bauman not giving credit where credit is due. I know if I made some crazy/funny/stupid flash video and it became popular online, I would want people to know who is resposidle for that. I dont think I would have a problem with other sites hosting that video, as long as they gave proper credit. Bauman appears to do no such thing. He takes what he wants and slapps a "Image hosted on eBaums...." watermark on it. That is what SUCKS about eBaumsworld. So, like so many other companies that I hate, I will no longer buy there products, or in this case, visit there web site. There is plenty of other humor/waste time sites out there. www.ytmnd.com is one. Oh and make sure to watch THIS video, its LoL!

First update of the new year

Ok, I guess I got a bit lazy and havn't updated this lately. Well I am happy report that I passed all my classes last quarter. Here were my grades:

Fluid Dynamics - C
Structures II - C+
Intro to C++ - B
Thermodynamics - B-

It was the Fluid Dynamics class that I was worried about. That class was quite difficult and required a large ammount of work. But I passed, yeah for me!

This quarter I have 4 aro classes:

Low Speed Aerodynamics
Gas Dynamics
Structures III
Structures Lab

yieks! If I can pass all these than I will have made some good progress twords my degree.

Scott and I continue with the Lets Talk Hockey Podcast. We are continually growing in audiance and now have an audence of about 100. It is difficult to tell exactly how many people are listening, but 100 is a good estimate based on traffic to the site and hits to the files.
